Explore the behaviors and patterns in your life that you feel are getting in the way of your peace and happiness. We will also work on healing your pain in a safe space and exploring what it feels like to accept discomfort as well as embrace joy.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are struggling with sadness and despair and are looking for ways to connect with others. Individuals and couples who are struggling with communicating their needs and wants, or don't even know what those needs and wants are, but want to find out.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that we are all capable of change, however it often doesn't stick unless we understand the 'why' behind the need for change.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Convenience! If we are a good fit, it doesn't matter where in Texas you live because we can meet virtually. One less item to include in your search.
