Reassuring. I believe symptom relief and meaningful change are possible with the right support. Let me tell you how:
We'll get to the root of your distress by identifying both external factors and what's going on beneath the surface that's contributing to your symptoms. Insight gives us a starting point; after all, you can't address something you don't understand.
be focusing on symptoms relief but also why your symptoms exist in the first place. Your emotions and experiences have context and meaning. Together, we'll work to uncover what that meaning is and what your feelings are trying to tell you.
are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships issues and trauma. I've also worked with children and families navigating conflict and divorce. I have training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness meditation, and spiritual integration.
Currently I only offer telehealth sessions, so therapy can be in the comfort of your own home :)
The goal of therapy is simple: it's to support your growth and allow you to live a more fulfilling life by giving you greater clarity into why you are the way you are and why you feel the way you do. If that interests you, feel free to call/email me.
