I am a "helper" by nature and found myself drawn to helping professions when exploring careers and my life experiences led me to therapy. I genuinely love learning people's stories and helping clients feel known and seen. It's a privilege to do this work.

Outside of life as a therapist, I spend my time with my husband, son, close friends and family. My professional training was in nonprofit settings, focusing on child abuse victims and their families and adults with recent or past trauma. I am passionate about accessible care and understanding my client's backgrounds even when they differ from my own.
