Get to the root of what is causing you distress & work on healing that so it doesn't continue to wreak havoc in your daily life. Recovering from life stessors, betrayal, or trauma is hard but worthwhile. Let's reconnect you with your life passions.

Feel stuck, trapped, or depressed. Or feel betrayed/let down by those they trusted most: e.g. parent/caregiver, intimate partner, institution like a church or job they dedicated their time & energy to, or a friend who doesn't make the time anymore.

I found healing through my own counseling journey and it's what came naturally to me even in high school.

We collaborate so sessions are tailor made and earlier or later and longer sessions may be available depending on your unique needs and goals.
