work on building strategies and coping skills that will be best for the client. We will have homework and skills to work on with feedback. My focus is what the client desires to work on, sometimes it is just an ear to listen.

I specialize in trauma, combat trauma. Veterans and First Responders community is focus. I am well experienced in all trauma, anxieties, depressions, OCD, and couples. I do work with all types of clients 13 years and older.

I became a therapist because:

I am a combat veteran and had my own struggles. My passion is to help others to find that Post-Traumatic Growth.

I am a happy person and like to use humor while I am getting to know the client. I am creative in treatment plans, and like for the environment to be safe and transparent. I will encourage and assist the client to reach their goals.
