This is about you, not me. So what you bring is what we work with. My training is in contemplative psychology meaning we believe everyone is inherently good and wishes the best for themselves and others. Let me help you see that for yourself.
Together, we will:
Although I have some specialties such as eating disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and college age students, I enjoy working with a broad range of issues. Let's chat to see if we are a good fit and we will take it from there.
I specialize in working with people who:
want some sort of change and are ready to start making that happen. Sometimes we need to have a safe place to explore the next steps. I offer a nonjudgmental space to question, learn, dust off any mistakes, and also to be courageous.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy talking with people about the real stuff, the stuff most others might not want to talk about!
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I love offering online and in person sessions. I have a cozy office with tea and coffee! Take a breath, have a cup of tea, and let’s talk about it!
More about me and my practice:
I’m finishing my PhD in Integral Transpersonal Psychology. I have two cats that I love, and just got an 8 week old husky. I am happy to show her off in session! Talk about a special perk! I love offering therapy to you in your own environment!
