I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are struggling with mental health issues, relationships and finding their own identity. These are the formidable years where most mental health issues, if not treated can cause life long trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I originally thought I wanted to be a dancer, but after taking some psychology classes, fell in love with human behavior and helping others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I get to work with teens all day in the school system and enjoy private therapy in the evenings and weekends. I have a wide variety in my cases.

More about me and my practice:

I have worked in schools, hospitals and the foster care system as a social worker early in my career, so I have a dealt with a broad number of mental health issues and can develop treatment plans for many different issues.
