About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Three words that describe my style are coachy, comfortable, and casual. We go at your pace, laugh a lot - while getting big work done.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I've heard from clients that I'm easy to work with because I'm "normal." I'm pretty sure they mean that I use pop culture and my own life to illustrate patterns rather than a bunch of psych jargon. Plus, I use humor to lessen the sting of challenges.

  • Together, we will:

I'm not the therapist that digs up everything that ever happened to you. We focus on what's happening NOW, how you want it to be different, and what patterns and habits are keeping you stuck so that you can level up.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Sometimes there's nothing particularly WRONG, but you're not happy. You spend all your time figuring out what other people need and meeting those that you honestly don't even know anymore what you need. I can help you figure it out.

  • I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I wanted to be part of the process of folks creating the lives they envision for themselves.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have the most comfortable couch in the world in my office and gobs of little nerdy things. You're welcome to take your shoes off and your feet up.

  • More about me and my practice:

I know what struggle is. I know what challenge is. Mine aren't carbon copies of yours, but I know how it feels to want BETTER.
