explore what you want in your relationships, and what you feel is holding you back. We will then develop a plan to learn new skills and behaviors that can help get to those relationships.

are wanting to improve their relationship with themselves and others. I help my clients improve their communication style, set boundaries, and identify their needs.
I became a therapist because:
there is a large stigma surrounding mental health in the black community. Having a therapist who looks like you can help break that stigma.
