that I believe therapy involves a unique approach each time. Therapy should never be "one size fits all". I am trained in a variety of methods and will always find the approach that is best suited to your particular needs.

develop a trusting dialogue; without openness we cannot understand the whole picture. Most issues have many facets. This will allow us to work together to help sort things out and ultimately develop a holistic plan that is doable and tailored to you.
