I will always meet you exactly where you are and never push you past what feels safe. My role is to be with you as you are today so we can uncover the parts of you that need to be nurtured and healed in order to live a life aligned with your truth.

I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and developmental trauma. Utilizing Polyvagal theory, we will explore how trauma has affected your nervous system and learn how to bring safety back to your mind and body.

I became a therapist because it is the greatest privilege to walk alongside someone through their highs, their lows, and their in-betweens.
