I provide a direct and therapeutic approach, often challenging clients while simultaneously caring deeply for my clients' progress. Through honesty and support, I guide them towards growth. If we can also fit in a smile or two, that's a win as well.

Clients will be able to work with me on a broad range of topics. My experience and training has allowed me to specialize in acute stress, trauma, grief, the challenges of the military and Veteran community, First Responder lifestyle, and limb loss.

Initially I focused solely on trauma and am EMDR trained to help process traumatic experiences. Over time I have broadened my skillset to help work with grief, limb loss, anxiety, and ADHD through various modalities.

After leaving the military, and later as a first responder, therapists were not beneficial to me, I wanted to do it more effectively so I became one!

I offer virtual and in person sessions. My office is in Cedar Park near Leander making me easy to access for many.
