I specialize in working with tweens, teens, and adults of all ages. My specialty areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, adoption, self-harm, life transitions, grief/loss, and LGBTQ issues.
I became a therapist because:
I became a counselor because I wanted to help people when they got stuck and provide them with new skills, support, and guidance to move forward.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is located in an office building with plenty of free parking. There is an elevator inside available.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
I like to walk my dog, watch movies, read, be creative, and spend time with family and friends.

I was a high school English teacher for 13 years and an adoption counselor for over 10 years. I am also a mom and an adoptive mom.
