Have a history of trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety and social anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing and addictive behaviors. I see adolescents and adults, and love working with young people exploring their identities and directions in life.

I believe it’s important for everyone to have a space to heal and be authentically themselves with no judgement.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to treat complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, along with other conditions and distressing life experiences. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy

I see new clients virtually and have some limited spots for in-person sessions. Our practice is located in Sugar Land, Texas in the Houston area
