I care about your needs and goals and will work collaboratively with you to help meet them, while also encouraging you to explore new paths and perspectives. Therapy is a safe, yet vulnerable space, and I do my best to adapt to your comfort level.

Explore barriers and practice skills to understand and adapt your beliefs, emotions, and thought patterns. We will also learn to empower your needs and values, and develop safety and soothing in times of distress.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have a history of trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety and social anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing and addictive behaviors. I see adolescents and adults, and love working with young people exploring their identities and directions in life.

I became a therapist because:

I believe it’s important for everyone to have a space to heal and be authentically themselves with no judgement.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I see new clients virtually and have some limited spots for in-person sessions. Our practice is located in Sugar Land, Texas in the Houston area

More about me and my practice:

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to treat complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, along with other conditions and distressing life experiences. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy
