My theoretical approach is based on the belief that you are the expert of your own life and is fully in charge of the counseling experience. By working together, you will learn the aspects of your life that you can control and what you cannot.

My goal and hope in working together is two-fold. On the short term, I'd like to help you improve your mood, instill hope, and to ease any symptoms you may be experiencing related to depression, stress, anxiety, trauma and so forth.

Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. They appreciate my ability to actively listen to their concerns and create a safe space for them.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or major life events. I have extensive experience helping individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, and stress.

I became a therapist because I am deeply passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.

I believe in the potential for growth and healing that lies within each person. Being a therapist allows me to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
