We will identify the problem or issue, and we will come up with practical and effective solutions. We will explore what it means to be emotionally and mentally healthy. No issue is too big or too small. If it bothers you, we will address it, together

Most people feel like they have just visited a trusted and wise friend when they leave my office. I believe all people can grow and improve. I care.

I enjoy empowering people, especially women. I have worked with persons with severe mental illness, and I have worked with people in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. I also enjoy working with those who have Intellectual and Developmental issues

I want to help people. I know what it is like to be down emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I know what it feels like to be poor.

I offer virtual sessions from my home office. I live in the country, and you may hear a dog in the background, because I love animals.

I am flexible on my hours of seeing clients, striving to meet the needs of those who work during the daytime, and I offer Saturday appointments as well. At this time, I can see people on short notice. I understand that some issues can't be scheduled.
