I work with high-functioning and insight-oriented teens and adults who grew up in outwardly "good" families but experienced subtle relational trauma and struggle to trust their intuition, emotions and relationships.

Together we will identify what’s driving your stress, shutdown, or self-doubt and separate childhood development patterns from anxiety or ADHD. We’ll work toward greater emotional clarity, self-trust, and nervous system regulation so change feels sustainable, not forced.

Clients often describe me as calm, attuned, and grounding. They appreciate that sessions feel thoughtful, collaborative, and non-judgmental, with space to move at their own pace while still working toward meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with chronic self-doubt, burnout, emotional numbness, or confusion about whether their symptoms are trauma, ADHD, or both. Many grew up needing to be self-sufficient and now feel stuck.

I became a therapist because I saw how often people blamed themselves for patterns that were actually adaptations to their environment. I believe clarity, safety, and understanding create real change, and I’m committed to helping clients make sense of their experiences without shame.

My practice is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and neurodivergent-affirming. I offer a paced, thoughtful approach that prioritizes nervous system safety and accurate understanding over quick fixes. Therapy is collaborative, depth-oriented, and tailored to how your system actually works.
