I want you to feel safe sharing yourself with me. While considering the whole person, I work experiential, somatically, and cognitively. Expect to explore new facets of yourself and try new things within the safety of a connected relationship.

Together, we will:

Figure out what's getting in your way & go after it. I'll help you learn skills while supporting and really working to understand you. We can work on issues from the past, current problems, or future events that are raising concerns.

I specialize in working with people who:

Adults who have been hurt by life and want to feel better. Trauma, depression/anxiety, transitions, self-worth, perfectionism, and relationship issues such as codependency are the types of issues I prefer to work with.

I became a therapist because:

I have great empathy, am skilled at finding the root of the problem, & enjoy connecting with people. Becoming a therapist was a no-brainer!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have two mini-dachshunds named Stella & Lulu. They drop in occasionally to offer support and encouragement!

My work is trauma-informed. Too many times our lived experience includes wounds that were never acknowledged or healed. I'll meet you where you're at, support you, and challenge you to help get you where you want to be. We might even have some fun!
