My approach is warm, direct, and honest. I bring depth, humor, and care as we unpack perfectionism, attachment wounds, and all the ways you’ve had to armor up. You won’t have to translate your story or shrink yourself here. This is your space to fall apart a little and rebuild into something truer, steadier, and yours.

Together we’ll make sense of your story, the past that shaped you and the patterns still showing up. We’ll slow down, tune into your body, and ask things like, “Where do you feel that?” or “Can we stay with this a little longer?” You’ll practice boundaries, experiment with new ways of being, and start building self-trust that actually sticks beyond session.

My clients describe me as warm, real, and loving. Soft but straightforward. I’ll laugh with you and still go deep when it matters. I name patterns without shame, ask the hard questions with care, and hold space for truth, growth, and real change.

I specialize in working with people who are tired of feeling small and living by everyone else’s rules. Many grew up with narcissistic, critical, or emotionally unavailable parents and learned to survive by performing, pleasing, or perfecting. You’re ready to feel at home in your body, trust your voice, and live fully, on your own terms.

I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. It gave me language for my pain, space for my feelings, and a way back to myself. Once I experienced that kind of transformation, I knew there was nothing else I wanted to do. This is the real, life-giving work, helping people feel alive again, and it still means everything to me.

I’m a Black, queer psychodynamic therapist for teens, tweens, and adults. My style is warm, curious, and direct. We slow down, notice patterns, and connect the dots between your past and present to create real change. I see clients virtually across Texas and in person in San Marcos for those who prefer being in the room.
