Try so hard to look like "perfect" people on the outside but are overwhelmed and anxious inside. People who feel they are doing all they can and still don't feel like they measure up. People who are overwhelmed with this season of their life.

I became a therapist because:

I have been there. I've had my own struggles in this crazy thing we call life and I know how helpful therapy can be.
