My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence based practice, and combines elements of humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT to help clients link their past experiences to their current thoughts, feelings and behaviors, in order to find more balance

I am huge believer in self-sovereignty and one's ability to dictate the direction of their own life in pursuit of happiness. Life is full of choices, and your ability to make the choices that benefit you are always in your hands.

My Ideal client is ready to view their life from a perspective of non-judgment, so they may understand how their current patterns of behavior/thinking may be contributing to current feelings of depression/anxiety/stress, and is ready for change.

Talking this my thing, I love to connect with others on a personal level, and close connection with others sometimes helps us find drive in our lives.

My practice is fully remote, as I do not currently have office space. However, walk and talk therapy/meetups/sessions over gaming are all options available to you if interested. Please specify your preference when you contact me!
