I like to start work relatively quickly. I actively listen and participate by sharing what I am hearing, supporting you on the therapy journey, and provide insights from psychology. EMDR is an approach that is also effective without as much talk.

We will address the issues you want to discuss, discover patterns and remove power from the triggers in your life so you feel confident with more possibilities. We can do talk (or EMDR) about overwhelming emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

I specialize in working with people who:

I try to assist client express themselves in areas where they are having difficulties, like teens, highly depressed, anxious, shut down, or high functioning neurodiverse individuals. If someone gets stuck, I brainstorm ideas with them.

I became a therapist because:

Life can be a struggle; and I know support can make a lot of difference. To get validation, perspective, and help to the reduce pain and suffering.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both in-person and tele-health options for only $60 a 50 minute session before 4pm, so that therapy can be affordable without insurance.

I have had a lot of different life experiences, so I can empathize and understand more fully than many therapists. I continue to do research and strive to provide the most effective approaches for each of my client's needs.
