While I specialize in trauma focused work, I also love to help build resiliency and strengthen the protective factors we all need in our lives. I have a passion for helping parents to be more successful and helping children understand their emotions.

I became a therapist because:

I benefitted from therapy myself when I was a teenager. My therapist helped me grow and become empowered; now I get to do that for others every day!
