My clients describe me as:

non-judemental, empathetic, safe, calm, funny, and direct. I truly care about my clients and I priorize their needs and passions into my practice.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am bilungual and have worked with both Spanish and English speaking clients. I specialize in trauma and have ample training and experience with teens, individual counseling, and family therapy.

Together, we will:

develop healthy habits and thinking patterns and process trauma. I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship is a key factor for success which is why I use a strengths-based approach, humor, and incorporate your interests and passions.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced trauma including sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, relgious trauma, and abandonment trauma. I also specialize in using a skills based approach to combat anxious or depressive thoughts.

I became a therapist because:

I love connecting with other people and I belive everyone deserves to feel safe and supported.
