About Me:

    All are welcome in my therapy office. You will find a safe space inclusive of LGBTQIA and BIPOC clients.

    I have extensive experience working with children, families, and adults who have a history of trauma. Many people have self-limiting beliefs and find conflict with themselves and others. I find meaning in my work by making sure all people feel valued

    I utilize a strengths-based approach that empowers the people I work with the see their own internal resources and follow their intuition. It stay critically conscious of people’s unique needs and diverse backgrounds.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

    I have special training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which is a family therapy model that teaches parents skills to help improve their child's behavior. It is focused on children ages 2.5-7. I am also trained in Brainspotting for trauma

  • I became a therapist because:

    I utilize a strengths-based approach that empowers the people I work with the see their own internal resources and follow their intuition.
