I draw on CBT, somatic work, and inner child/reparenting approaches, plus parent coaching informed by years of direct work with teens.

I'm an LCSW with 20+ years of experience, licensed in Utah and Oregon. My practice is telehealth-only and private pay ($175/session), no insurance requirements- just what you actually need. I work with adults on parenting challenges, divorce, ADHD, burnout, and inner child/reparenting work.
