I use a series of evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), to co-create tailored treatment plans that help clients improve the symptoms of anxiety, depression, burnout, anger, grief, trauma, and everything in-between.

Work towards: dismantling negative thought patterns, reconnecting with your sense of worth, and building self-confidence. We will work at your pace, because healing is a courageous marathon and not a 40-yard dash to the finish line.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are often mistreated and judged by others due to struggling with dysfunctional relationships (infidelity, etc.), complex trauma (racism, etc.), and gender discrimination (homophobia, etc.). I help my clients to amplify their voice as they heal!

I became a therapist because:

Of the traumatic family dynamics I grew up with and desire to help others heal from similar painful experiences. This work is my purpose and passion!

I offer therapy in the heart of a non-profit located in Ogden, UT; I can treat any/all residents virtually and/or in person to best meet your needs.

Beyond my work, as a mental health professional, I am passionate about: spending quality time with my loved ones, advocating for equal rights, and watching comedy. I strive for balance in my life and I encourage every client to do the same!
