If life feels like a painful storm of intense emotions, emotional numbness, hopelessness, and/or difficulty wanting to stay alive, I may be a good fit for you. My specialties are suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, and psychosis.
I became a therapist because:
I feel the greatest privilege I have had is sitting with someone in their darkness and helping them create compassionate space for themselves to heal.
