I became a therapist because of the trauma and mental health struggles that I went through. I have been in the client's seat and I know what it is like. I know what it's like to have a good and bad therapist. Because of what I have gone through I never want to leave anyone to walk their journey alone if they don't want to.

I hope therapy can be a worth while and even enjoyable endeavor. It won't always be easy, but it can be worth it. If nothing else, I will sit in your shadows and storms with you and encourage you in your path forward.
