I like to think outside the box in order to find different ways to engage with session content both in and out of session. To do so I use alternative forms of processing such as art prompts, writing prompts, mindfulness skills, and practicing skills

We'll create insight from aversive experiences you've faced in the past. You'll learn more about yourself and how things came to be for you. You'll fine tune your desires, identify barriers, and work towards living the life you want for yourself

Personable, inviting, and when you're ready will challenge you towards growth. I send you home with notes on session content and/or optional homework

Need guidance navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I create safe space for outdoor adventure sport needs, LGBTQIA+, and alternative lifestyles.

I love people with a passion. I get excited about meeting new people, learning about their story, and being a support to them throughout their journey

I offer telehealth sessions and outdoor sessions, when weather permits
