I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) who are facing challenges during the perinatal period, such as pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, difficulty adjusting to parenthood, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

My personal experience with postpartum anxiety and depression influenced my passion to want to pursue therapy for the perinatal population.
