I enjoy practicing both "talk therapy", and trauma therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. These therapies can be transformative and may heal old burdens, decrease anxiety and increase confidence.

Common themes clients discuss are how to stop worry and racing thoughts, how to get out of toxic relationships and establish boundaries with other to reduce shame and guilt and free oneself from the inner critic.

I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing chronic anxiety, depression, grief, and recovery from emotionally abusive relationships. I help clients heal issues with self-worth and codependency. I teach clients how to love themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because my first experience in therapy as a young adult was transformative. I am an empath, and I enjoy helping people heal.
