I help women who identify as people pleasers and helpers prioritize themselves more. Most of my clients feel like they give so much, going above and beyond at work and in relationships, but their efforts aren’t appreciated or reciprocated. If this sounds like you, I might be able to help. I provide IFS therapy, which is different from the usual talk therapy.

get to know different parts of you- the anxious parts, resentful parts, numbing-out parts, and parts that have a hard time saying "no." In our sessions, all of you is welcome. I aim to help you connect to yourself, so you feel grounded and confident. We work together to help you be kinder to yourself, set boundaries, and relax at the end of the day.

warm and genuine. I will help you feel seen and heard, and I will push you because I believe you can grow. Many of my clients have had traumatic or difficult experiences, such as an unhealthy relationship, chronic pain, or child abuse, neglect, or parentification. My approach is trauma informed, and I can work with you to heal old wounds.

I specialize in working with healthcare workers and those struggling with people pleasing and perfectionism. Many of my clients don’t have enough time or energy for themselves and feel like they're running on fumes. Common issues my clients face are exhaustion, overthinking, relationship issues, and shame about using food, alcohol, or social media to cope.

I struggled with chronic pain for most of my life. Therapy shifted my relationship with pain and helped me feel better in my body. Throughout my career, I've loved working with healthcare workers and anyone who identifies as a caretaker, helper, therapist (professionally or to their friend group), or people pleaser. Y'all deserve to be taken care of too!

My practice is virtual only. I have training in IFS and am working towards certification. I offer a free consultation so that we can decide if I'm a good fit for you, or if I can help you find someone who is. I'm culturally humble and welcome clients from all backgrounds and orientations.
