I have morning and early afternoon availability Monday-Friday.
My clients describe me as:
warm, curious and compassionate. I will help you feel seen and heard, and I will push you because I genuinely believe you can grow.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am Level One trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which aims to help you let go of past trauma emotionally, mentally, and somatically. In my experience, this work can radically shift how you relate to yourself and others.
Together, we will:
identify patterns that no longer serve you, understand why those patterns exist, and let go of the underlying trauma and unhelpful beliefs so that you can feel different in your mind, your body, and your relationships.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with anxiety, chronic pain, people pleasing and/or perfectionism and feel conflicted in their relationships. Almost all of my clients have had a difficult or traumatic experience that profoundly changed them.
I became a therapist because:
of my experience in therapy. Therapy helped me navigate anxiety, chronic pain, and grief. I know how powerful therapy can be because I have lived it.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am all virtual.
More about me and my practice:
I offer consultations virtually and by phone so that we can decide together if I am a good fit for what you need, or if I can help you find someone else who is. I am culturally humble and welcome clients from all backgrounds and orientations.
