I use a strength based approach to learn and develop healthy attachments in your relationships, including yourself. I'm trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR to help heal pain from trauma and relationship wounds.

explore identity, grief and loss related to adoption/foster care, and other trauma. We will retrain your brain's desire to stay in negative thoughts to more accurate and helpful ones. I will laugh with you, challenge you, encourage and cheer you on!
