I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for my clients. I tailor therapy to each individual based on symptoms, needs, conditions, and identity. My main goal is to ensure that my clients have a safe space to heal and grow.

Work together to establish a healthy identity, change or manage symptoms, and learn to cope with emotions in a healthy way. We will also work towards processing trauma and freeing areas of "feeling stuck" that may hold you back in your life.
