We will identify and change less than helpful patterns and establishing healthier ways to cope with distress. I use a holistic approach (mind/body).
Therapy is organic and will be unique for everyone. I draw from psychodynamic, interpersonal, person-centered, and family systems theories. I also conceptualize how neurological, biological, and environmental factors impact how your "system" works.
We will explore the "when" and "why" of your past parts as we work to create change in the here and now. I appreciate life can be difficult, relationships overwhelming, and decision-making about major transitions both exciting and paralyzing.
Are seeking to make a change. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational distress, life transitions, or just seeking to be a better version of your current self. I'm here to join you on that journey.
I am a board certified Clinical Neuropsychologist and have extensive insight into the biological roots of psychological and cognitive concerns.
