My approach to therapy is about increased awareness as well as learning about which values are most important for each client. I mostly challenge clients to broaden their views and learn to change or reframe their personal interpretations.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people who are in distress. Life is already too short to not enjoy it as much as possible.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Though the office I work in is in Falls Church, I'm mostly remote/offer teletherapy. Regardless where you live in Virginia, we can work together.
