My patients describe me as empathetic and often note that I'm passionate about our work together.
I use a combination of psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. This will allow us to explore any concerns from the past that are unprocessed while taking actionable steps in the present.
Together we will explore the reason that your concerns are occurring but also find and take actionable steps to help you live the life that you want.
I specialize in working with people that suffer from anxiety, phobias, OCD, eating disorders, or that wish to begin living as their authentic selves.
I became a therapist because I get the greatest satisfaction seeing my patients have that "ah ha" moment and begin making the needed changes.
My office, whether it be face-to-face or virtual, is warm and inviting. I pride myself on making my space as warm and inviting as possible.
My practice is unique in that I bring lived experience with disability. I'm openly neurodivergent and visually impaired and come from a place of empathy, but also professional knowledge.
