Monday-Thursday 10am to 6pm
My clients describe me as:
A safe space for Persons of Color and intersectionality communities to heal and grow.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am intentional about providing a therapeutic space to work on body, mind, and spirit healing, have your voice heard, and permission to breathe and “be”.
Together, we will:
Explore how your life experiences has impacted thoughts about self, value, purpose, and choices and actions taken in life. I do not consider myself the expert but a facilitator that helps guide you along this process.
I specialize in working with people who:
Come from marginalized communities, such as Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and LGBTQ+. I utilize a decolonized , culturally intentional approach to validate the dynamics of power, privilege, and oppression so often faced by my clients.
I became a therapist because:
I believe in the healing process and the potential for growth and evolving as an individual.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am the owner of Nyaga Health which means "Life is Precious", a group practice that focus on culturally intentional therapy.
More about me and my practice:
Nyaga Health is a 100% Virtual Mental Wellness Space that is intentional about serving the needs of people/persons of color and intersectionality communities. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional and Mindfulness Life Coach.
