I am naturally very curious about the clients I work with. I spend time getting to know you, your background, your experiences, and the manner in which life has become problematic for you.

Focus on the area of dysfunction occurring in your life. This may include family-of-origin concerns, cultural issues, existential issues, career concerns, relationship issues, habits, and the manner in which you relate to other people in your life.

I am a generalist but have specialty training treating depression, anxiety, men's issues, substance misuse, and career concerns. I am also a vocational psychologist dually trained to address work-life concerns including burnout and moral distress.

I feel like each person has a story to tell and I enjoy helping them make sense of the disparate experiences.

I am 100% virtual and offer therapy to adult clients (18+) in 40 states and territories as an interjurisdictional telepsychologist.

I have diverse clinical training in university counseling, addiction medicine, integrative primary care behavioral health, community health, and rehabilitation psychology. I am also a career changer and formerly worked in higher education.
