I dont just resolve symptoms. If something is not working, we look deeper at the WHY of the problem. We will work together to create skills and interventions that are beneficial to you, and then throw out what doesnt work.

Look at patterns and the functionality of behaviors. All behaviors serve a purpose, so we have to look at what roles they play in your daily life. We break down their functionality and then learn how to replace them with healthy behaviors.

Encouraging and creative. I structure my sessions around individual needs. Sessions are tailored to the client, their goals, and motivations.

Experience ADHD, trauma, burnout, and stress. I also work with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, and work issues. I also help with relationship issues, specializing with partners of narcissists and borderline personality disorder.

I enjoy working with people! I truly enjoy the therapeutic process and watching people achieve their goals and potential.

Although my practice specializes in ADHD and burnout/stress, I have years of experience working in community behavioral health. This means I have experience with various other disorders aside from neurodivergent diagnoses.

ADHD is my superpower. I use the creativity of my ADHD to help develop interventions that keep clients motivated and engaged (hello dopamine!).
