open & authentic. I strongly believe there's healing power in humor. Sometimes finding humor is what keeps us going when the dumpster is on fire.

Something to know about my approach is:

I believe YOU are the expert on your own experience: I will follow your lead on what you want to work through and how deep you want to go at your own pace. We don't have to talk about the hard stuff right away!

Together, we will:

identify patterns of behavior keeping you feeling stuck, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and reconnect you to your body using trauma-focused or expressive-based therapies. I will also be fully trained to use EMDR in August.

I specialize in working with people who:

are seeking post-traumatic growth. For the past 6 years, I have supported folks in finding comfort and stability after enduring physical, emotional, or spiritual violence. I especially enjoy working with folks who are questioning their sexuality.

Please feel free to show and bring your pets to session! Animals have incredible intuition and healing abilities. If you would find comfort in my pets joining a session, they can be my co-therapists, too!
