I provide a safe, therapeutic space where you can be transparent about your concerns and met with empathy, understanding, and compassion.

I support clients in reaching their goals, increasing their understanding of themselves and others, and healing by providing a supportive, safe, and warm therapeutic environment. I also am open to feedback about your needs.

Depending on your needs I use a combination of therapy interventions (i.e. psycho-dynamic), and coping skills (i.e. mindfulness) to help navigate any difficulties you are experiencing.

I specialize in trauma/PTSD diagnosis, working with LGBTQ+ community, and racial injustices. I also provide therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, and stressors.

I am transparent, fully accepting of ALL individuals and will work with you and external supports (i.e. psychiatrist and family) to meet your needs.

Deciding to pursue therapy can be a difficult decision. I am committed to walking with you on this journey of healing and self-discovery. I only offer virtual appointments.
