First and foremost, my focus in therapy is entirely on YOU—your unique experiences, goals, and definition of healing. It’s not about your diagnosis, a specific treatment modality, or the list of "shoulds". I bring together training in perinatal mental health, EMDR, Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy to create a supportive, trauma-informed space for healing.

As a mother myself, I understand the immense challenges surrounding the journey from conception to birth to parenting. Combining this experience with my specialized professional training, we work together to develop an understanding of who you are, your values, and how to work within your unique situation to build the fulfilling, balanced life you want.

Everyone is deserving of recovery and healing. As a mother, a birth trauma survivor, and someone who recovered from an eating disorder; I know with the right support recovery and wellness is possible.
