My approach is rooted in affirmation and collaboration. I utilize an integrative approach to support you in reaching your goals, and I use an Emotionally Focused couples therapy approach in relational work. In our first few sessions, I’ll take time to understand your life, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

We’ll work together to explore ways to manage your mood, increase self-awareness, embrace self-acceptance, heal from past trauma, and build more meaningful relationships. This will be a safe, affirming space where you can be yourself and heal at your own pace, while we tailor our approach to fit what works best for you.

My clients would describe me as compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental, with an approach that feels supportive while also gently challenging them toward meaningful change.
