Open minded. It is my goal to provide a safe space for topics that many may find awkward and are unsure how to discuss and explore them in more depth.
It’s about you. My approach begins by seeing and acknowledging you, by using person-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. I aim to create an environment tailored to your specific needs whether it's trauma, anxiety, sex, or something else.
Whether you're confronting anxiety, trauma, questions about sex, or other intimate concerns, I'm here to collaboratively work with you to map out a plan that meets your goals. I believe in giving you autonomy to your care.
I specialize in supporting individuals and those in relationships (couples and poly) with needs related to sex, anxiety, trauma, and more. I am also a strong advocate (and a part of) the LGBTQIA+ community.
I noticed that some feel out of place or directionless, particularly in sex, anxiety, and trauma, and that there . I wanted to fill that void.
I provide a safe space to listen authentically and for you to feel seen. I work with you directly so we can build your care together.
I offer in-person and virtual options. I like to collaborate with clients to meet your needs effectively; I find the therapeutic relationship to be extremely important. Reduced rates are available for eligible clients.
