My approach is client centered & holistic, incorporating skills from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. After experiencing trauma, we need to heal the mind/body connection & yoga is one way to help. I'm here to guide & support while creating change.

Sessions are available both in person & online - come as you are. My office is located downtown in a space with other healing professionals.

Since 2011 I have been working in the mental health field and have continued to learn and grow my clinical skills. When I'm not at work I love being outdoors - hiking, gardening, & kayaking.
