work on areas including life change and transition, mental health issues, healthy relationships including our relationship with self. These areas and more are starting points on our therapeutic journey.

I am an African-American woman who is passionate about the health of others. Providing holistic care and support are important to me. I want my clients to be able to feel seen and heard and be able to explore growth and change in a safe space.
