I offer three types of virtual therapy: Gottman I Relationship Therapy (for couples), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and teens who have experienced trauma and Integrative Therapy for neurodivergence, autism and ADHD.

Together we will identify what goals you have for therapy, any barriers to those goals and how we can reach them. We will talk about strategies and techniques for you to practice in between sessions and assess how much progress you are making.
