I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with loving themselves, knowing their true self-worth and value. I work with individuals who tend to “people please” and those who don’t tend to prioritize their own needs or self-care. I work with those who struggle with negative self-talk.

I became a therapist because:

Everyone deserves at least one person in their lives they feel safe and comfortable with to explore and share their feelings, without fear of judgment
